Most technical signals bullish (UK)

A technical stock screen computed nightly from daily-close price history (market data). Selection is deterministic — a company appears only when its stored indicator meets the screen's rule; nothing is estimated.

5 companies in the catalog currently match this technical screen. Leading the list, Chemring Group (CHG.L) is 6 of the 8 technical signals we can compute are bullish: a strong uptrend, with buyers in control, a "golden cross" — its 50-day average is above its 200-day, trading above its 200-day average, a fresh 20-day high, MACD momentum is positive, trading above the Ichimoku cloud.

What is a cluster of bullish technical signals?

We read a fixed set of standard chart signals for each company — trend, momentum, breakout and relative-strength readings, each listed in full in our technical-indicator catalog. Every one of them is either bullish, bearish, or neutral, and this screen counts how many are currently bullish; each row names the ones that agree, so the members are on the page rather than in this description. The denominator is the number we could actually compute for that company: a recently listed stock with a short price history has no 200-day average, so it is scored out of fewer signals rather than penalised for the ones that do not exist.

How do I read the Most technical signals bullish (UK) screen?

This screen lists companies where at least 6 of those signals are currently bullish, most agreeing first, and each row names which ones. Total agreement is not something this measure can produce, by design: some of the signals are read counter-trend — an oversold reading counts as bullish — so when the trend readings all line up, those are pushed to the opposite side. 6 is therefore already broad agreement rather than a low bar. Every one of these readings describes price behaviour that has already happened; a stock where they agree is not thereby likely to keep going, and this is not a buy signal.

Data: daily-close price history, recomputed nightly. Every figure is shown with its as-of date on the company page; a company without enough price history for this indicator is excluded, never estimated.

3 covered companies were not evaluated for this screen because their price series end on or before 2026-08-07 (IAG.L, IPF.L, MEGP.L), at least 3 trading sessions behind the 2026-08-12 session the rest of the catalog carries. A technical signal is a claim about the present, so it is not asserted from a series that stops before it. Those companies keep the readings they have on their own page, with the as-of date they were computed from.
