The company impounds, purifies to meet safe drinking water standards, and distributes water to approximately 214,000 people across 58 municipalities in four counties in south-central Pennsylvania. In addition to water distribution, the company owns and operates three wastewater collection systems and twelve to thirteen wastewater collection and treatment systems, all operating under Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission regulation.
