14-day refunds

If you buy a paid plan and change your mind, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase, and within 14 days of each renewal charge. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

Find your order at paddle.net ("find my order") and request the refund there, or write to us at [email protected] with the e-mail address you used at checkout. Paddle processes the refund to your original payment method.

After a refund

Access to the paid plan ends when the refund is issued. The free parts of stocks-llm stay available to you.

Your other rights

This policy adds to, and does not limit, any right you have under the consumer law where you live.

Changes

This policy can change; this page shows the date of the last change. A change never shortens the window for a purchase already made.
