NWPX Infrastructure (formerly Northwest Pipe Company) is a leading manufacturer of water-related infrastructure products operating through two segments: Water Transmission Systems (WTS), which produces large-diameter steel pipeline systems, bar-wrapped concrete cylinder pipe, and pipeline fittings for drinking water and hydroelectric applications; and Precast Infrastructure and Engineered Systems, which manufactures reinforced precast concrete products, stormwater and wastewater systems, pump lift stations, and environmental treatment products. The company operates 13 manufacturing facilities across North America and sells primarily to installation contractors who bid its products to federal, state, and municipal agencies, as well as private water companies and developers.
