Key risks (from latest filing)
["High debt burden with long-term secured debt of $1.75 billion, constraining financial flexibility and requiring sustained revenue and profitability to service debt.","Revenue decline of 12.55% year-over-year reflects potential demand softness, market competition, or macroeconomic headwinds affecting satellite communications services.","Dependency on global distribution network (120 service providers, 310 VARs, 90 VAMs) and value-added partner ecosystem; loss of major partners or failure of partners to innovate and deploy applications could impact growth."]
